Standard tasks can easily be performed by local personnel following comprehensive instructions provided in the manuals and guidelines.
We recommend that our specialists conduct regularly scheduled overhauls of exhaust gas bypass systems equipped with diverter dampers, guillotines and safety-related dampers.
Our specialists are also available to support all field related services, in order to secure tight outage schedules, while meeting the operator’s requirement for quality and reliability. Our portfolio of exhaust and diverter systems covers engineering services, site services as well as the delivery of spare parts.
NEM can take care of the installation during the complete lifetime of the unit.
Together with the customer, NEM makes a complete overview of the expected services in the following year. This overview is conducted in the service agreement. The agreement can contain expected services on inspections, HRSG-related services and/or spare parts. At the end of the year, the actual used services are evaluated. NEM provides the customer with full insight into the expected costs with regards to the HRSG maintenance.

- Conversion of gas turbine simple cycle exhaust gas systems to combined cycle operations.
- Installation of shut-off devices, such as guillotines, louvers and stack dampers
- Consultancy when it comes to the ideal damper positioning, enquiries regarding the tightness and/or actuation principles.
