Service Agreements
We understand today’s changing market and the need of safeguarding customer’s boiler units. A proven method is a Service Agreement as we believe in long-term relationships with our customers.
Together with the customer, NEM makes a complete overview of the expected services in the following year. This overview is concluded in the service agreement. The service agreement can contain expected services on inspections, HRSG-related services and/or spare parts. At the end of the year, the actual used services are evaluated.

Long-term Service Agreements
The basis of our service management portfolio is the HRSG periodic inspection program which can be tailored to your specific inspection requirements and planning. Our inspection program contributes to reducing the risk of non-scheduled outages, as well as the costs for preventive and corrective measures. A well-serviced HRSG supports the highest possible availability and performance of your asset.

NEM provides their customers with a complete range in HRSG-related inspection services and spare parts. As a customer, you are guaranteed that your installed HRSG is inspected on a yearly basis. By doing additional checks, the HRSG is maintained in a correct manner.
