Engineering Services & Consultancy

NEM can take care of the installation during the complete lifetime of the unit.

Together with the customer, NEM makes a complete overview of the expected services in the following year. This overview is conducted in the service agreement. The agreement can contain expected services on inspections, HRSG-related services, and/or spare parts. At the end of the year, the actual used services are evaluated. NEM provides the customer with full insight into the expected costs with regard to the HRSG maintenance.

NEM has broad experience where it comes to retrofit installations regarding the enhancement and modernization of the functionality and flexibility of the system.

Customized solutions are working out in close cooperation with the client in order to meet any special, project-specific requirements. Our services include, but are not limited to:

Conversion of gas turbine simple cycle exhaust gas systems to combined cycle operations.
Installation of shut-off devices, such as guillotines, louvers, and stack dampers
Consultancy when it comes to the ideal damper positioning, enquiries regarding the tightness, and/or actuation principles.
