New Management Board
NEM Energy B.V. welcomes a new board of management.

John Fransen
After a bachelor and master’s degree in Engineering, John started his career as an engineer and later project manager, executing various international projects in the field of energy and power generation. John re-joined NEM in 2009. He held different roles during the period where the NEM organization was called (under Siemens Energy ownership) Heat Transfer Technology (HTT) and became head of HTT in 2021. John has joined the new management board of NEM Energy B.V. as Chief Operating Officer.
Sander Wisse
After studying at the Polytecnic The Hague University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands, Alexander worked in various commercial roles at international companies active in the energy industry. In 2011 he joined Balcke-Duerr where he became managing director in 2020. Alexander has joined the new management board of NEM Energy B.V. as Chief Executive Officer.
Lars Vogtländer
Lars obtained a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering at the Delft University of Technology as well as a Post Master in Finance (RC/CMA) at the Nyenrode Business University. After starting his career at the Boston Consulting Group as strategy consultant, he held various senior financial positions among which CFO at Breens Network (a fast growing PE-backed IT company). Lars has joined the new management board of NEM Energy B.V. as Chief Financial Officer.
